All wines purchased from Verjus are deemed sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
You must be at least 21 years of age to order or pickup wine from Verjus. You represent to Verjus that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years of age.

By clicking "start subscription", you authorize Verjus to charge your credit card for the subscription cost plus applicable tax and/or shipping charges once a month until you choose to end your subscription. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month. To cancel your subscription to the club, please email wine@verjuscave.com. You may cancel your subscription at any time. In a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your subscription to the Verjus Wine Club. Your package will be available to pickup from the second Saturday of each month at our shop in San Francisco at 528 Washington Street.
